Types of Conveyors

Stackers & Portable Conveyors

  • Road Portable Conveyors — highway-towable conveyors that fold for transport and set up quickly on location. Ideal for moving material between processing stages or building stockpiles at temporary sites.
  • Track Mounted Conveyors — self-propelled conveyors and stackers on crawler undercarriages for off-road job site mobility without a truck or trailer.
  • Radial Stackers — pivot on a central point and swing in an arc, building large radial stockpiles without a loader. Reduce loader hours and fuel costs.
  • Pit Portable Conveyors — designed for quarry and aggregate pit operations, moving material from the face to processing equipment.

Feeders & Combined Units

  • Feeders & Hoppers — regulate material flow into a crusher, screen, or plant. Prevent surging and bridging in downstream equipment.
  • Feeder Stackers — combined hopper, feeder, and stacking conveyor in one unit. Accept material from a loader and build a stockpile in a single machine.

Specialty Conveyors

  • Telescopic Conveyors — adjustable-length conveyors for precise material placement. Extend and retract to cover a wider stockpile area.
  • Picking Stations — sorting conveyors and platforms for manual material separation at recycling facilities and MRFs.
  • Low Feed Conveyors — low profile conveyors for easy ground-level loading without ramps or elevated feed points.
  • Unloaders — bulk material receiving conveyors that accept dump trucks and transfer material to stockpiles or processing equipment.

Common Applications

  • Crushing and screening circuits — move material between crushers, screens, and stockpiles without loaders
  • Stockpiling — build large aggregate, mulch, or compost stockpiles with radial stackers
  • Loading — feed trucks directly from a conveyor instead of using a loader
  • Recycling yards — transfer sorted material between processing stations
  • Composting facilities — move material from windrows to screening equipment and from screens to finished product piles

Top Brands We Carry

McCloskey International

McCloskey builds a full range of conveyors and stackers for aggregate, recycling, and waste processing operations. Their conveyors are engineered to match McCloskey crushers and screens in a complete processing circuit.

Screen USA

Screen USA builds heavy-duty conveyors and stackers for aggregate, recycling, and waste processing operations — including road portable, track-mounted, and radial stacker models. We carry new Screen USA equipment across multiple conveyor categories.

How to Choose the Right Conveyor

  • Belt width — determines maximum material size and throughput capacity. 24" belts handle small operations. 36-48" belts handle production-scale crushing and screening circuits
  • Length and height — determines stockpile size for stackers, and transfer distance for portables
  • Portability — road portable conveyors fold for highway transport. Stationary conveyors maximize capacity at fixed sites
  • Drive type — electric drives are standard for fixed installations. Diesel or hydraulic drives work for portable units without grid power

Build a Complete Processing Circuit

Pair with a crusher for a complete aggregate processing circuit, or feed screened material from a trommel screen to a stacker for finished product stockpiling.
