Browse jaw crushers for sale from Evortle, Red Rhino, Terex Finlay, McCloskey, Metso, and other manufacturers. A jaw crusher uses two heavy plates — one fixed, one moving — to compress rock, concrete, or other hard material until it breaks small enough to pass through the gap at the bottom. GrinderCrusherScreen carries new Evortle jaw crushers and used models from dozens of manufacturers. Call 770-433-2670 for pricing and availability.

How a Jaw Crusher Works

Material feeds into the top of the crushing chamber between a fixed jaw plate and a moving jaw plate. The moving jaw swings against the fixed jaw under heavy hydraulic or mechanical force, compressing the material until it fractures. Crushed material falls through the closed side setting (CSS) — the gap at the bottom of the chamber that determines your output size. Adjusting the CSS gives you control over the final product size without changing any other component.

Jaw crushers are the standard primary crusher across aggregate production, concrete recycling, demolition, and mining. They handle the largest feed sizes of any crusher type and produce a coarse output that feeds directly into a secondary crusher, screen, or stockpile.

Models in Our Inventory

We carry new jaw crushers from Evortle — including the CT535 ($156,900), CT740 ($326,000), and CT850 ($426,000) — alongside used models from RR Equipment (Rebel), ARK (J-2716), Barford (J750), Red Rhino (7000 PLUS), Senya (5), Terex Finlay (J1170), and Extec (C12). Inventory changes frequently as machines sell and new listings arrive.

Brands We Carry

Evortle, RR Equipment, ARK, Barford, Red Rhino, Senya, Terex/Finlay, Extec, McCloskey, Metso, Komplet, Pegson, and Powerscreen. If you need a specific make or model, call us — we can often locate machines through our dealer network.

Jaw Crushers vs. Other Crusher Types

For concrete recycling with rebar, consider an impact crusher — the impact action breaks rebar free more effectively than compression crushing. For secondary reduction after primary jaw crushing, a cone crusher produces a more precisely graded product at smaller output sizes.

What to Check Before You Buy

Inspect the jaw plates for even wear and remaining thickness. Check the toggle plate, bearings, and flywheel for play or damage. Look at the frame for cracking around the bearing housings — this indicates the machine has been overloaded. Pull the hydraulic CSS adjustment to confirm it moves smoothly. Check engine or motor hours and service records.
