2021 AIR BURNER S119

A self contained above ground Air Curtain Burner (FireBox or air curtain incinerator) with a refractory lined burcontainer for portable and stationary applications. Designed for the environmentally friendly high temperature reduction of clean wood waste in forestry, agriculture, land clearing, at landhills, transfer stations, etc, in compliance with the requirements of US EPA 40CFR60.

Power: Four cyclinder 74HP turbo diesel engine, Hatz

Burn Container: 4 in. (102 mm) thick refractory wall panels filled with proprietary thermal ceramic material. Two full height refractory rear doors, two ignition holes, firebox open to the ground.

Safety Systems: Engine over temperature shut down, loss of cooling fluid shutdown, loss of oil pressure shutdown, front desk security enclosure.

Instrument Panel: MBW electronic engine control with preset throttle settings, key switch, tachometer, hour meter, fuel gauge, oil pressure and water temperature and safety shutdown features.

Fuel tank: 58 gal. (220 L) minimum fuel tank capacity.

Average through-put: 3-5 t/hr

Fuel consumption: Approx. 1.9 gal/hr (7.2 l/hr)
