New portable 3-bin blender for sand and organic materials. Includes two sand feeders, one organics feeder with an agitator, a collecting conveyor, and a vertical mixer.

POWER

• Electric: Three 7.5 HP feeder motors, one 15 HP collecting conveyor motor, one 15 HP agitator motor, and one 10 HP vertical mixer motor.

• Nord gearboxes on the feeders and collecting conveyor.

HOPPERS

• Two sand bins and one organics bin.

• Each opening measures 7′-2″ wide × 14′ long.

• Reinforced ¼″ steel construction.

• 1′-6″ wing extensions on three sides of each hopper.

• Tapered bottoms help reduce material bridging.

• Adjustable discharge gates control material flow.
