This IROCK TC-20 combines a large horizontal-shaft impactor with a 36-inch cross-belt magnet for concrete, asphalt, and demolition recycling.

The 40-by-56-inch rotor gives the crusher a large impact area for processing bulky feed. A 52-inch-wide by 16-foot vibrating grizzly feeder separates smaller material before it reaches the impactor. The grizzly bypass has UHMW chute liners, which provide a low-friction wear surface where bypass material travels.

A 36-inch cross-belt magnet is mounted over the main discharge conveyor. It removes exposed ferrous metal from crushed material, which is especially useful when recycling reinforced concrete. Final product size and production depend on apron settings, blow-bar condition, feed material, moisture, and operating conditions.
