Olathe / Toro Grinder Screens

Olathe Manufacturing was acquired by Toro, so you may find your machine listed under either name. GrinderCrusherScreen builds replacement screens for both Olathe and Toro grinders. Give us your model number and we confirm the fit before we build. Call 770-433-2670 or submit a quote request to get started.

Models We Build Screens For

GrinderCrusherScreen builds replacement grinder screens for the following Olathe and Toro models: 867, 2000

Don't see your model listed? That doesn't mean we can't build it. Call 770-433-2670. If we have the drawing or you can provide measurements, we can quote it.

How to Order

Call 770-433-2670 or submit a quote request online. Have your model number ready. If you are unsure whether your machine is listed as an Olathe or Toro, that is fine. Give us the model number and we sort out the fit.

We confirm dimensions before we cut steel. You do not receive a screen that does not fit your machine.

Frequently Asked Questions

My machine says Olathe but I have seen it listed as Toro. Does that matter?

No. Toro acquired Olathe Manufacturing, so the same machine may appear under either name depending on when it was built and how it was marketed. Provide your model number and we confirm the fit. The name on the side of the machine does not change what screen it takes.

Can you build screens for Olathe or Toro models other than the 867 and 2000?

Yes. Those are the models we have confirmed drawings for, but that is not a complete list of what we can build. Call 770-433-2670. If we have the drawing on file or you can provide measurements, we can quote it.

What hole size should I run on my Olathe or Toro grinder?

The right hole size depends on what you are producing. A 2" to 2-1/2" hole is standard for bulk mulch. Finer applications like bagged mulch or compost often call for 1" to 1-1/2". See the Grinder Screen Size Guide for a full breakdown by application.
