Description
In August 2021 (440 hrs), a new hydraulic motor was installed on the magnet discharge. A second hydraulic motor replacement followed on the discharge belt in February 2022 (870 hrs). In May 2024 (2,771 hrs), the DEF sending unit was replaced and the computer was updated per recall. Fall of 2024 saw two back-to-back jobs — new hardface shafts were installed in September (2,924 hrs), followed by a new NOx sensor in October (2,936 hrs). A new remote controller was added in June 2025 (3,194 hrs), and most recently in September 2025 (3,197 hrs), both hydraulic pumps for the shafts were replaced.
All servicing has been performed per manufacturer specifications. This machine is currently equipped with paddle shafts, ideal for green waste. A spare set of shafts is included with the machine. These are used/worn and will need new bearings before being put into service.
