This is a grinding line with a airlock system and dust control. Starting hopper is a pneumatic shaker table the feeds material onto the conveyor in a controlled manner. The conveyor brings the material into the hopper of the grinder. The grinder is a 60HP 2420 vertical grinder. Also has a complete extra set of teeth, balanced and ready to be intsalled when the time comes. After the grinder the material is sucked out of the bottom through some hard pipe up into the airlock system and into the final hopper. This hopper uses auger to move the material out and its currently set up to feed into a super sack tote held up by a forklift. Dust control on final hopper. This system is in great shape and ready to work. It was originally installed to grind coco coir blocks. Note that this type of system will require a 3-phase industrial electrical system rated at 230 volt at 400-600 + amps or 460 volt at 200-300 +.
