KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens, part of the Astec Industries family, specialize in manufacturing equipment for the aggregate, recycling, and construction industries. Their product line includes crushing, screening, and washing equipment designed to improve productivity and efficiency.
Among their top-selling equipment is the FT4250 track-mounted impact crusher. This machine features an Andreas-style impact crusher with a 3- or 4-bar MPR rotor and comes standard with an Overload Protection System. The FT4250 is equipped with a 6' x 12', 2-deck screen, providing up to 50% more capacity than comparable models. Its design allows for continuous crushing and tracking, making it a preferred choice for highway contractors and producers.
Another popular machine is the RS1822PH portable screening and washing plant. This plant consists of a 6' x 16' triple-deck horizontal vibrating screen with spray pipes on all three decks, producing four washed products, including various gravel sizes and sand. A 36" twin sand prep sand screw is mounted below the screen to clean and dewater the sand, ensuring high-quality end products.
